One of the worst haircuts of my life.I paid through the app (£23.5) for a full service (wash, cut, beard), and when I got to the place the barber tried to make me pay in cash (£29.5) saying that he had a system failure with the payments and for me to ask treatwell to return the money afterwards. I denied to do so and the barber agreed to deal with treatwell to get the money from the app. The haircut was normal and it took him only 10 mins (no wash and beard). I will definitely not come back.
