I didn't know exactly what I wanted - just that I needed to lose some length and weight from my hair. Becky was brilliant - understood what I wanted and turned my vague idea into a style I really love. She's also friendly and chatty and makes the whole experience a pleasure. In addition, given that I've only been to the salon a couple of times before as I'm not local to the area, the fact that she remembered me and various topics we'd talked about before was impressive and made me feel valued.
