Megan was very friendly, however my nail varnish chipped of nearly all of my Nails on the first day,my nails weren't tidied to clear up any Nail varnish on or around the nails. In respect of the brows there was no discussion about shape,Colour or the process. I had to tidy up my brows once I returned home to get the desired shape. Overall i was not impressed with the treatments I received.
