Graeme took time to understand what I wanted to get out of the treatment and what my problem areas were. The massage was very thorough and I left feeling significant release of tension in my shoulders. I often find that even when i ask for strong pressure its rarely consistently applied. Graeme used strong pressure throughout, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Bodyzen massage.

I've had a few sports massages before and this was the best. Graeme really took time to understand my issue (a dodgy shoulder) and to give me appropriate treatment. I left feeling so much better and will definitely go back

Fantastic massage. Graeme really went deep on my knots and tense spots! I have noticed more range of movement and feel a lot better. Have also been doing exercises that he recommended. Thanks again Graeme!
