I've been searching for about 12 months for a good massage in Brighton and hove and yesterday's vist to Body Zen was the answer to my search. Graeme was my masseuer and was absolutely fantastic giving the right variety of pressure with his hands, forearm, elbow and with the stones to leave me feeling fantastic. I will be getting my fortnightly massage by Graeme from now on thanks for the best 90 mins I've hadon a massage table I can remember.

Graeme has worked wonders on my legs! Had an issue with my right calve for years and has restricted me from playing Football,Cricket and running as it would just tense up/cramp/spasm/swell up and leave me hobbling around for at least a week before the pain subsided after taking part in any activity. After only 2 sessions Graeme has managed to break up the blockages with his deep tissue massage techniques and I'm now back running again and playing football! Can't recommend Graeme enough.
