I really enjoyed my deep tissue sports massage with Greame! He made me feel very comfortable and got straight into areas of my back that are knotted. He used a variety of massage techniques that were incredibly effective, as I felt a real difference especially the next day in regards to loosening of muscle groups and improved mobility in my shoulders. I'd strongly recommend giving him a go!

Just had an amazing massage with Graeme at BodyZen in Brighton – absolutely brilliant! He really worked through all my knots and tension with skill and care.
