Hi I am Graeme founder of Body Zen. To say I am passionate about massage is an understatement and the joy that I get from offering bespoke massage therapy is impossible to describe in words. I take great pleasure in providing treatments that releases muscular tension, reduces pain, relieves tension and stress and greatly enhances range of motion (ROM). I am also a qualified mental health nurse with over ten-year experience so I like to think the treatments I offer are holistic and cater for both the mind and body as my training has taught me they are inseparable.
