The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and friendly. Becky helped me decide on which colour to choose and did a really good job. I was really pleased with my nails and my eyebrows.

The young lady very nice but didn’t appear confident, it took so long, I left with my eyebrows no different in colour and uneven. I’m presuming she wa a trainee although this was not specified, disappointing as usually excellent service here.

The wax was good, however wasn’t done by my chosen therapist because she was obviously running really late so another person did it. I was waiting for half an hour after my appointment time before it was done too.
