With a background as a professional athlete, he understands the importance of recovery, balance, and self-care—having personally navigated multiple injuries and rehabilitation journeys throughout his career. Francisco’s passion for wellness extends beyond traditional beauty treatments. At BodyWorks, he has created a space that offers truly restorative experiences, including flotation therapy, infrared sauna sessions, therapeutic massage, and more. His goal is to help each client feel their best—whether that means relaxing, recharging, or recovering—through treatments that support both the body and mind.

Carlie’s journey into beauty therapy began while studying Hair and Beauty, where she discovered a deeper passion for the industry than she ever expected. She went on to complete her Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of treatments — from facials and massage to nails and eye packages. Alongside her studies, Carlie worked in a busy beauty salon for several years, where she honed her skills and developed a particular talent for brow shaping and tinting. Her true passion, however, lies in skincare. Driven by her love for helping clients feel confident in their own skin, Carlie has continued to expand her expertise, completing her Level 4 and 5 qualifications and is currently studying Level 6 in Advanced Skin Techniques at Newcastle College University Centre. Carlie combines her technical knowledge with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring every client leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed, and radiant.

With over four years of experience in the industry, Bo has worked in a range of salons and spas, gaining a wealth of knowledge and skill in delivering high-quality treatments. Her goal has always been to create a calm, relaxing experience where every client can truly switch off and feel pampered. Bo is fully qualified in Swedish massage, facials and electrical facials, waxing, tinting and eye packages, as well as gel nails, manicures, and pedicures.
