Fantastic deep tissue massage. He worked hard to ease tight muscles, using a combination of deep tissue techniques to work out knots that had built up over time. The treatment finished with an incredibly relaxing head massage, which was the perfect way to end the session. I left feeling much looser, refreshed and with spring in my step :)
