I'm astonished at the reviews regarding Bodyworks on this site and can only think the shop had an off day when I visited. I only visited to make an enquiry and was really shocked by how unfriendly and unhelpful the lady that I spoke to was. She was abrupt and had no warmth about her, she didn't smile or open up any discussion about the treatment I was interested in. I left in the end as I knew I wouldn't want to return and see anyone.
I had absolutely no issues with my experience at Bodyworks. I was seen straight away and greeted by friendly staff. Everything about the treatment was professional and I was extremely happy with the end result. My beautician made me feel at ease and was really thorough with the waxing. I'm looking forward to going back to Bodyworks and would recommend it to anyone else.

I went here for Hollywood waxing and was not disappointed - it was done well and there were no stray hairs left unattended, as you sometimes find when waxing. Jodie was very friendly and put me at ease and the procedure was over quickly, efficiently and without too much discomfort. I've already recommended them to my friends and will be returning again.
Brilliant back massage. I have been to Bodyworks several times over the last few years and seen a few different therapists. Every one of them has been of an equally high standard. I get their 'Back, neck and shoulder' massage and it works wonders. I'm hopeless at being organised enough to go regularly and am often suffering by the time I get there. But the therapist always listens to my specific requirements and works on the affected areas, checking that I'm okay with the pressure. They don't just 'go through the motions' of a particular routine (like some other places I've been) and instead react to what they find. As a result, in my experience, the massages have worked wonders.
hi l went here after l had a tca peel done some were else it was not the right peel for me saw jess who gave me a different peel my skin is now looking how it should have looked l can not rate my treatment highly enough and will go no were else for a peel jess is a lovely lady who knows her stuff thank you
