This is my second treatment of reflexology and it brilliant I suffer bad anxiety due to having long covid and before my first treatment I was really anxious and emotional but Joanna made me feel at ease and was great .After my first treatment I felt great very relaxed ,had more energy from then .I feel like my anxiety as gone too .Would highly recommend this treatment as it’s helped me feel so much better in my self and sleep better.Plus loads of positive info on things to help me .

I have suffered from tightness in my neck and shoulders for years and have tried many types of massages. Joanna's was by far the best I have had! She is obviously very knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen to you so that she can adapt the massage to what you need. Highly recommend!
