Great deep tissue massage from Jo, really got all those knots out while checking throughout that pressure was at the right level. Very effective, but also relaxing massage.

This was my first experience of pregnancy massage and Jo was exceptional. She made me feel welcome right away and explained everything before we started. She asked about any problem areas, really listened to what I said,and spent a good amount of time focussing on the areas I'd said were hurting. It's been 2 days since my massage, my hips still feel like new, and I've had the two best nights of sleep since before I was pregnant. I can't wait to go back!

I visited Jo last week for a deep tissue massage. I've been suffering from stiffness in my lower back for a while and she did wonders, so much so I booked another session on the spot.
