Very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Staff were unfriendly on arrival and laughed when I explained an injury. The massage itself was poor, with extremely light pressure and large areas left uncovered and cold. Worst of all, the therapist was on her phone during the massage, I could hear video audio playing. I felt vulnerable and disrespected. Would not recommend.
