Had a lovely massage however I wish there was a lot more pressure applied, apart from that massage was excellent.

The massage was ok. I didn’t feel relaxed by the end. By the end of the massage it was quite light pressure and slacking off. There is no arm massage and barely a foot massage included even though it’s full body. Wouldn’t recommend for pregnancy.

Would definitely recommend an appointment at Bodytonic in Stratford. I went in tonight for a deep tissue massage with Georgie M the osteopath, and she was brilliant. I went in pretty beaten up after overdoing it at the gym and she instantly made me feel like I was in safe hands. The massage was properly deep and targeted exactly where it needed to be and not just a generic once over like a usual massage
