My first experience of this type of massage was very good. Jarena made me fell very relaxed and explained what she was doing throughout the massage and the benefits of it. It's a very gentle and relaxing massage. She explained that I might feel tired or energetic afterwards. I was surprised how tired I felt later on that evening and the next day. My legs feel as if I had done a workout!
