Friendly staff and nice treatment room. The beautician took her time with the treatment. However I was disappointed with the result - I asked her specifically to keep the natural shape of my brow and to keep them thick as they were. I was quite horrified when I saw the result which was pencil thin eyebrows which she said she did to ‘even them up’. Opposite of what I’d asked for and now I have eyebrows that I hate!! Disappointing as another beautician I’d had previously at Bodytonic did them perfectly. Will think hard before returning and request specific beautician if I do.

It was a very relaxing experience however I wish there was more pressure overall as I still felt a lot of tension in my back and no true soreness the next days after.
