The machines operate with heaters and infrared which enhances the experience. Clients follow a 45min sequence of approx 15 movements which ensures a full body massage. It’s amazing, I felt warm and fuzzy after the session and I’m sure with regular attendance I’d see the other benefits of lymphatic massage pretty quickly. Lovely setting and amazing owner.
