This massage was for my auntie and she really enjoyed it. Pim was very friendly and provided excellent service. Straight after the massage my aunt already mentioned about visiting again !

The treatment was fine Treatwell was a terrible booking system that allowed us to book two treatments at 3pm then changed these to 3pm and 4pm without informing us until less than 24h until the treatment was due, at which point it was too late to cancel. I am expecting a refund of £45 and would be grateful for your response
