I booked myself and for a friend. Whilst my treatment was on time and excellent, my friend's treatment was delayed about 20mns. However, she did get the full 90mns she paid for so no complains about that. It was my first visit to this place and it did not give me a positive outlook given the delay. But the treatments were really amazing and all the complaints just vanished after the excellent service and very attentive staff.

massage started on time and was done well as firm as I wanted. the problem areas worked on. ambience was relaxing too. location is a bit off depending where you're coming from. overall great experience and would be back.
