The room was smaller than expected but warm and cozy. You could hear some noise from the other rooms but it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews I had read. There is no receptionist at the front so I was sat waiting for a while not knowing quite what to do.
The massage also lasted slightly less than an hour; I was unsure if this is standard practice at this place or if it's the same for everyone. The lady also apologised for asking me to get dressed as quickly as possible because they were fully booked which is why I've awarded 4 stars instead of 5. You want a relaxing end but it all felt rushed toward the end.
