Massage was good and firm. The only downfall was that my room has a window which you hear all the noise and traffic from outside otherwise everything was okay.

Since I made the booking a month ago before my actual appointment was disappointed to keep getting several texts and emails saying that my appointment has changed. I booked two appointments, one for myself and daughter to have our massages at the same time but in different rooms. Before arriving got another message to say my appoint was half later than my daughter. I waited almost 45 mins after my daughter had gone in to have her massage. Massage was firm and good but kept getting disturbed by knocking on the door by other members of staff and then had a change over of masseur. I would come back but only if these areas were improved which spoilt the whole experience of trying to relax.

Such a nice place. Very calming and zen. Staff are really polite and the massage was incredible! Left feeling really relaxed and all knots taken care of.

We went for a couple massage, the masseuses were chatting all the time. Didn't put much effort on the massage, they continuously stopped, not giving you time to relax. I had Thai massage many times, this has been the worst ever

The place is lovely and elegant however I am not sure it felt a bit awkward to start as theyou had to move a client out of our couples room to another room and we also had a change in one of our masseuses half way through. Apart from that not a too bad experience as we both felt relaxed however slightly confused after it.
