My treatment started almost 25 minutes late. There isn't a member of staff on the front desk - rather a sign that invites you to take a seat and tells you your therapist knows you are there - and so I was left sitting until my therapist appeared.
The facial itself was mediocre - it was an hour long and did not include any extraction which is disappointing. The products used were perfectly fine but I can apply creams, cleansers and a face mask at home myself. For me, extraction is a core part of going (and paying) for a facial and I have never, in many different places, experienced an hour-long treatment without it.
The place and the staff were nice, the venue is spacious and the staff were friendly. If you're not in a rush and prefer a gentle, product application-style facial then it may be for you. For me, it wasn't worth the money.

Best wax I've ever had - as the beautician said, she was a 'perfectionist'. Staff not very personable, and was left waiting forn20 mins but if you're not in a rush, this is a great place to go.

The massage was actually ok, but the whole experience was ruined by the the fact that the venue is quite noisy and during the treatment I could hear all the people coming in and out of the place as well as background noise from the street.
Furthermore I wasn't pleased either by the fact that I booked a 60-min treatment, but the massage only lasted 50 minutes. The most ridiculous thing is that when I complained with the manager, instead of apologising she pointed out that that the treatment actually lasted 55 minutes...hopeless. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
