We booked the couples masaage for 3pm. First thing was the appointment was pushed out to 3:15 - not a massive issue but only received notification on email - would recommend they call as well as if I wasn't at home, I wouldn't have received the email.
We arrived and in fairness we're a few mins late, but we're brought straight through to the room by the therapist. A guy, could have been the manager, asked if we had any injuries etc en route to the room.
Room was lovely - warm, well lit for a relaxing mood and warm.
Treatment started - all good - then the therapist massaging my boyfriend told him another therapist (male) was coming in to replace her. This just not only disrupted his massage but also mine as I was just settling into Zen!
My massage was very good - having lived in Asia for 5 years and had many massages, it was a good treatment.
Had to ask for my spine to be stretched at the end but apart from that al good.
Boyfriend said his was very good too.
We went back out to reception and we're thanked and out we went - after a massage, relaxing at the end is one of the most important elements I think, so please offer a ginger tea and a sit down as I believe this is what truly finishes a positive experience.
Overall, good massage but you can work on a few things to make it a great experience.
My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her Thai massage and was eager to tell me of her experience as she left the venue with her body feeling 'very floaty' . I purchased the 30 min massage for her as I knew she needed the relaxation and pampering. Her 30 min massage included full body massage and hot stone use which she loved. We will be using this awesome service again in the near future and would recommend this business to anyone wishing to experience a professional pampering and friendly service.
