My massage started 25 minutes after it was due to because there wasn't a room available at the time I had booked. Staff were apologetic but not very good at communicating - they continued to say it would be another 5 minutes.
The massage was good and they offered a longer massage than I had paid for to apologise for the delay, which was appreciated.

My boyfriend and I had a 90 minute couples massage, which was excellent as it was the perfect length of time to both relax and really feel like the muscles were worked. The therapists focused on the areas we requested and the staff were very friendly. I loved the simplicity of booking online and they were open at unusual times, such as Sunday night which is ideal. Main reason for losing a star however, was that the therapists continually talked to each other during the session which was a bit of a nuisance.
