I usually give great reviews about this place but sadly this is not one of them. My wax therapist this time was not only late but also gave me one of the most painful bikini waxes I have ever had. She was obviously rushing- she dripped wax every where, she put the wax on with such vigour that it actually hurt and she did such big surface areas that she wasn't able to pull it off in one fluid motion. It actually brought tears to my eyes.
