This was nowhere near as good an experience that I am used to when I come here and I left feeling really disappinted. I think the experience definitely depends on who you get and my massage was actually really painful, unrelaxing and unsatisfactory. Plus, this is the second time I've come here when the masseuse hasn't known which treatment I've booked in for so has started doing something that I wasn't expecting! May I stress that I am usually really happy when I come here but the last two times have not been up to the usual standard.
