A little more of a consultation about the treatment before grabbing the wax would have made me feel more comfortable during the appointment. That may have been down to the language barrier. The lady was very nice and very efficient at waxing. The walls are just curtains so it’s not entirely private.

The setting is basic but very clean and the service and value are great. I've managed to get an appointment at 30 mins notice before, and they are open late which is great!

Treatment started late and the therapist didn't speak much English so it was hard to communicate with her. The whole treatment was however a wonderful experience overall. The pressure was the right amount and I felt alot better afterwards.
