I was a little unsure at first as our welcome lacked some warmth, however I was made to feel comfortable quite quickly once we were in the massage room. The massage started right on time and lasted the whole 90 minutes, which was wonderful. I really felt my masseuse knew what she was doing as she firmly worked on all of my knots. She concentrated on the areas I'd asked her to and got the right balance of the massage being relaxing and effective. I felt wonderful afterwards and would definitely go back. The friend I had the massage with said the same.
