I have been here many times before and haven't had any trouble and in fact they were fantastic! Strong focused massages. However it seems their staff have changed. This is now the second time in a row where I requested a deep tissue and asked them to focus just on my back, but it just wasn't done. Both times I had to ask twice to apply more pressure. With deep tissue from here in the past, they have used their elbows and really got in there. This time, just thumbs and patting. I did complain and was told that someone would call me. I have not heard anything, even after emailing directly.
Sadly I won't be coming back as I have now wasted over £100 on massages that just made me more frustrated by the end.

We started our session and 45 minutes later the therapist said your hour has ended! I asked her why and she couldn't understand English so she called the manager we explained respectfully that we still have 15 minutes left so why has the session ended soon? She said because you came earlier! It is true we came 10 minutes before our appointment time but the treatment started 5 minutes after the time as they were cleaning the room! Anyhow they later send me a text saying they cannot tolerate any aggressive behavior to staff! We didn't say or do anything aggressive we only asked why has the session ended soon! They also said in the text we are no longer welcome into the venue and next time they would call the police!! Seriously we came calm to have a nice time and relax not to cause any aggressive behavior... very unprofessional staff and also one of the massage therapist was not good at all, she was doing the massage as if she was training! Very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place ever ! I'm surprised by the rating given to them !
