Good experience overall. Clean venue and very efficient. However I was there for a Hollywood wax which is already not the most pleasant experience and the lady who took care of me was not gentle at all. She was a bit rough and it was a bit painful. I would have preferred this person to be a bit less in a rush. Otherwise, the place is nice and the staff is welcoming.
