First time having a thai massage - opted for firm pressure and boy, do they mean it! The lady climbed ontop of my back and used her entire weight on my knots thorugh her elbows. I was currently suffering with a really stiff neck and she sorted that right out! I wouldve liked her to focus her time evenly on both sides of back and shoulders. I would definitely go back as the mssage was great value but maybe go for a moderate pressure.
