Very good massage with friendly and professional therapist. Annoyingly although I booked an appointment for 4pm and got there @3:50, I was left waiting outside the store for over 15 mins in the cold despite ringing the bell. I was then left to wait for another 15 mins before being seen to. Finally someone apologised for the wait. When I checked my emails later I found an email from Treatwell to say my appt time had been changed to 4:15pm sent @4:15!! Seriously not a good way to do business is it Thai London Therapy!
