The reception was lovely, they took me to the room and told me to get ready. 15mins later I’m still waiting in the room, so my my start time was late. The massage therapist was lovely but clearly hadn’t checked what I booked (asked for shoulders, neck and back) but had my arms and legs really focused on (which was nice, but not what I booked). All and all a nice experience, but given there’s so many options I would probably try somewhere new and not go back.
