There was quite a lot of ambient noise--receptionist, washing machine, bathroom sink/toilet--going on while I was having my treatment. It was rather distracting and took away from a truly relaxing experience. The treatment room itself was also rather bare-bones and didn't feel as professional as I would have expected from the cost. That being said, the woman that treated me was knowledgeable and did a good job. I think that the environment just needs improvement.
