Asked on the day to reschedule my appointment due to an emergency visit to the hospital. The venue refused to do this even for a fee. I have lost £100 in a couples massage and this was a birthday present for my boyfriend. I’m very sad this business doesn’t care about its clients.

I’d ran a half marathon 2 days before so I’d booked this massage to help with my aching limbs. The reception asked me whether I’d book for any reason and passed my requirements onto the masseuse. Having had sports massages before this one took me slightly by surprise as it felt like a mixture of a thai massage too. But it was still great. I asked for medium pressure which I actually found quite hard! But still enjoyable and it’s worked wonders on my legs. I’d definitely return, it was great value for what I paid. Thank you.
