Very professional, friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. My massage started ten minutes late and so only lasted 50 minutes istead of one hour. It seemed as though they could have done with more staff around, as when I left there was nobody about. But the treatment was very good and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed.
