When I arrived the room was not ready although I was 5 minutes late due to traffic problems and communicated this in advance. Understanding the staff was rather difficult. During the massage the massager walked out of the room several times and left the door open, which is absolutely not okay, considering that you are lying there lightly dressed. Thus there were several interruptions during the massage, which did not allow to relax. It was noisy, as the employees communicated together through the closed door. In the end, the massager went out and I wasn't really said goodbye. This hour was not worth £50 and I am really disappointed.
