Great reflexology massage - really relaxing. However, I booked the treatment for 12:15 (had email confirmation with this time from Treatwell) yet the salon had me down for 12:00 and chased me up when i wasn't there at 5 past. Perhaps Treatwell need to follow up on this? Also, the therapist didn't know what treatment she was giving me which is worrying - it was only when I told her I was having reflex when she told me to undress...!
