They were running late, which I didn't mind at first, but noted the time was 15 minutes at least late when they finally came in, but as The actual massage was good I wasn't going to complain. However it suddenly felt rushed and I was really upset that it only lasted 40minutes instead of an hour as paid for an hour and expected if they were 'finishing with another client' when I had to wait that they would just run over with me!
