As expected, the massage is very firm and can be painful - but it's so worth it. I've suffered from a stiff neck and shoulder for years and this is one of the best treatments I've had. This was my second appointment and I'll definitely be back.

Really good massage, got into the bits that were hurting, stepped on the right places and has really loosened up my back. Took care in the really sensitive areas and pushed through some stubborn knots. Will be back again.
