Enjoyed my experience and had a lovely massage. Only issue was that the establishment was running 20 minutes late and (perhaps as a related issue) were around 5-7 minutes short on the the total time for my massage.

My sister and I went there for a deep tissue massage and a sports massage respectively. The massage was good and they gave us information on what we should do to keep our bodies flexible and for me to loosen my calf muscles.

The worst massage I ever had. I arrived for my appointment about 10mins early and the shutters were down, so I went to get a coffee whilst I waited till it opened. When I returned they couldn’t find my appointment on the system so I had to show them a confirmation email. They finally led me into a room for my massage.. It was freezing cold in the room and there was no music (not very relaxing). Although the staff were kind, when I asked lady who was massaging me to be more gentle she laughed and said I needed it because my muscles were tense. I was in so much pain during the whole massage. I even said “ow!” on multiple occasions and she didn’t change her toughness (I have quite a high pain threshold so it wasn’t me being fragile). I almost left but didn’t want to seem rude. I wish I had asked her to stop though because the next day my muscles were so sore and I had bruises on my arms and legs!! Would love a refund or maybe a free massage with a different lady.
