Absolutely appalling. I told the masseuse about an injury and asked that she be gentle and avoid a specific part of my back. What did she do? Focus all her attention there with what I can only describe as crippling pain. I asked her so many times to ease up but all she did was laugh and said I needed it. In the end I had tense up and bear it as I didn’t want to leave and waste the money. However, I wish I did, as today I can’t move with great pain with a heavily bruised back. Worst massage ever
