Awful. Clear instructions to be slow and relaxing, it was anything but. It technically wasn’t even a massage it was dragging hands over my body repetitively to pass the time, nothing like a massage. Maybe they got the waxing therapist to stand in? Should have walked out, and asked for a refund. Feel very upset and stressed by the experience, especially at the cost.
