Angel was truly an angel, this was my first deep tissue massage and so I didn't know exactly what to expect but she walked me through everything she was doing clearly which put me at ease and we had a lovely conversation throughout the session. She also ran through some short neck stretches I can keep up with until my next session to work on my tension and pain. Can't recommend enough!

I went to Bodylogics with a couple of ailments, Jason talked me through why I might have these problems and showed me some Strengthening exercises to help.The Deep Tissue Massage was brilliant, Jason talked me through it,explaining everything and why it was more sensitive at certain points. Great guy, with a great sense of humour and great knowledge. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend.
