The venue is a but confusing as it is a city office building but the receptionists are very helpful in getting you to the right place. Aleksandra was very friendly and chatty yet professional throughout. She was very knowledgeable about her trade and could answer all my questions. She has a lot of experience which shows. She kept checking in with me regarding the pressure. It did hurt and I was quite sore and bruised after but I did like the treatment (especially the promised results) and would do it again. No pain no gain!
