Best message I have ever had! Immediate identification of problem areas with full advice and demonstrations of exercises to help resolve muscle weakness, plus plenty of time for a thorough top to toe deep tissue massage. Joe is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable - excellent.

Great Experience. Had terrible problems with my shoulder and got great help. Definately not a "beauty massage" but a hands-on massage with a lot of pressure and technique. Not necessarily relaxing but definately effective. If you are having real challenges that you are looking to work on with your body, definately a great option.
