Appointment venue was conveniently located to my work, 8am appointment was on time and when requested to focus on my hamstring, glutes, calves and shoulders, this is exactly what happened, in equal treatment times. I was very satisfied with my appointment, and will return following the London Marathon in a couple of weeks! :)
