Great massage - I went in with a very painful and stiff back, and left feeling much better. Joe was extremely professional and took time to release the painful knots in my back before the massage began, it was painful at times but necessary and he always made sure that I was comfortable with what he was doing and checked that it wasn't past my pain threshold. Overall I was extremely satisfied not only with the massage itself but the feedback and advice that I was given in terms of how to deal with the discomfort and how to avoid the same thing happening in the future.
