I had my first Back, Neck & Shoulders massage with Joe today and it was great. Joe definitely knows what he is doing. After a short consultation he addressed the discussed areas while focussing on my trigger points. He uses a good amount of pressure which I think is very effective. He also explained more about muscles, nerves and tensions and also gave me some advise on how to improve my situation. I will definitely go back.
